Photo description: Showing the best-looking public access area in this neighborhood. HOWEVER the neighbors stopped and chatted with me and told me that the site looks like a raging river after storms. They have landscaped the edge themselves and have to call police when people park there. They also have to remove storm debris and garbage. they would be okay with the entire road surface being removed and a small nice access path to be installed instead of what exists now. There was a recent repaving of the road and the storm drains are clogged right away.
