There is vegetation encroaching but not obstructing the stairwell down to the shore. Additionally, the CRCM public access sign is down by the stairs. It is difficult to see from the street or sidewalk. And because the right of way is merged with what looks like a private drive way, it could easily be obstructed by a car. This spot in particular feels like you are trespassing but if additional funding allows, I recommend a sign on the Cherry Street sign pole on Washington Street to better alert the public to the ROW.
