Visited North Kingstown Town Beach just before high tide this morning. Water up to the bottom of the access stairs for the southernmost two access points. Gravel spread over top of the boulders showing that the effects of Hurricane Erin did reach this far up Narragansett Bay, but no real damage that I could see in Poplar Point.
