Two strom drains at the park, two at the nearby corner of Greenwood and Lakeshore, and another on Lakeshore on the far side of Whale Creek, are reportedly connected together and reverse to flood these spots. The drains on Lakeshore spew water later than this one but are primed to flood as water is just under the grates today.
