"Multiple pictures of Bradford Road in Potowomut section of Warwick. There was standing water on the road and debris that had been washed up on shore. Visible debris and damage could be seen near fencing on residential property that was set back over 50 feet from edge of water. Also noted standing water in low lying grassy area off side of road"
