(1) of the sailboats broke free of its mooring during HURRICANE DORIAN and caused significant damage to a homeowners dock located at 88 NET WEAVERS PLACE on POLAWANA ISLAND. THESE SAILBOATS ARE ILLEGALLY MOORED IN THE MIDDLE OF A NAVIGABLE WATERWAY AND NEED TO BE REMOVED ASAP.
