King Tide Report by Carole Delger
"We have been slowly building a layered pea gravel cement stone block base since the 2015 flood. This is a budget friendly project and it works. Had we not done that this 11/24/18 king tide would have been in our yard like our neighbors. It has held the water back and we were minimally impacted by those areas we need to finish to do our part to protect our property from 6 to 8 ft tides we expect."
