"Flooding more than an hour after morning high tide. Predicted tide was 7.2 at Johnson Creek Bridge. NE winds 15-20 mph . Flooding across main entrance and in areas of Ocean Marsh neighborhood from salt marsh. Waves were causing additional damage to foundations of condemned houses on beach."
