"It was my fathers boat that passed away.i had been working on it but was diagnosed with cancer and had to have half my bladder removed and half my stomach.my x wife who had been gone for eleven years while I wasn't home came back and locked me out of my house and had the spartanburg county police tell me if I came back to the property I would be arrested for trespassing. I hired a lawyer but have spent 2 years getting access to the property. I was given 90 days to remove my things.i cut all the brush and trees from around the boat.put tires on the trailer.i planed to go through the process of getting the boat in my name to get a permit to move it to my son's house. I agreed to sell them my land but they won't pay me until the boat is removed.i had took some of the cotton wood off the side to see if it was safe to move.my time on my contract ran out and now it is just sitting there getting worse.they won't pay me until I get the boat off the property but won't allow me on the property.they said my time is up..no one gets the boat and no one is allowed on the property. They allowed it to sit and rot away for the last two years and refuse to let me do anything about it.i asked if I could let someone else move it .there answer was no.i want it disposed of according the our laws but they won't allow access to it if they pay me for my land I can afford to have a legal company to dispose of it."
