"Road floods frequently and badly during "coastal flood advisory" or "warnings" ", see photos of such situations. Water comes across the road at the intersection of Griner Ln and W Shady Side Rd. Impossible to drive across at times, stranding us at home. Requesting some type of mitigation before flooding season begins."
