"This black hull sailboat has been tied to another smaller sailboat and has been floating around in front of 815 Front Street for the last 6 -9 month’s. Me an a few other neighbors have tried to reach or the two vessels without success. No one has checked on these boats for over a year. Now that one has capsized it needs to be removed."
