"Photos at peak tide (5.6') at 7:36 PM on 8-10-22 at Jacob's Point in Warren RI. Ordinarily, these areas are dry and support the nests of an endangered bird, the Saltmarsh Sparrow, who nests 2 inches above the ground. Please note the 2 flags (in one photo) which designate a nest undergoing flooding that drown nestlings tonights."
