"This photo was taken in Newport Rhode Island end it wasn’t quite high tide at the time. But the water was going over the seawall and people remarked on how deep the water was at that area and it was flooding onto the pathway around the seawall." As I was walking down by the water this morning I noticed that the tide was going up over the seawall which was quite unusual. Many people stopped to look at the water and remarked how high it was. So I took a photo and I am sharing it with you"
