First photo was taken at Sandy Point Beach, Potowomut, at exact time of high tide. Jetty where fisherman is fishing is usually totally exposed at a regular high tide. The second photo was taken on Water St. in East Greenwich about 10 minutes past high tide. Parking lot was totally flooded right up to the road.
