    Bristol RI Herreshoff Dock about 2 hours after high tide on Dec 23,2022. At first I thought the planks on the dock had been damaged by high winds and water during the storm. Then I thought Herreshoff pulled them up proactively to prevent them from being broken by pressure in storm allowing the water to run through w no resistance. If any one can straighten this out please leave a comment. Id love to know.
