"90 min.post peak high tide. Except for one low-lying depression in the footpath leading to the Warren River, the path is consistently dry- except during King Tides. This morning the water was 16 inches above the footpath, with one area measuring 18 inches of water above the ground. There were dozens of small fish swimming in the path and thousands of dead worms on the bottom. This property is owned and closely monitored by the Warren Land Conservation Trust."
