"My neighbor towed this boat home years ago. It has been sitting in the marsh in front of of their house. It is in operable, and is slowly sinking and deteriorating, not to mention that it's a terrible eyesore. The address of the boat is 916 W. Ocean View Rd., James Island South Carolina."
