Type description: 6’ x 8’ concrete dock section with metal brackets attached. This debris floats with the high tide. Has moved 50 feet to the southeast of it's initial landing location since 03-04-22. Not secured at this time. Concerned this could be a shipping hazard. We are currently seeing Gray Whales on our beach sand spits. This large piece of debris could damage or sink whale watching cruisers in our bay with many people aboard.

"The neighbors are part time residents. This neighborhood shares our beach like a sidewalk in the city... There is a community lot from which access to this large dock piece could be accessed. We do not have equipment or a truck to haul it from the beach."
