Good morning Evyn and thanks for the report. We have this vessel in our database as DVRP # KP21-010. The vessel is currently on private tidelands and not with-in the states jurisdiction to remove. The City or County would have to act as the authorized public entity to assist the private property owner with removal if they choose to do so.
