TIME SENSITIVE: 7.24.21 Derelict HYDROPHONE (appears to be functioning) came in Monday 7.19.21, I contacted UW Labs at Friday Harbor, The Whale Museum at Friday Harbor & NW Straits Foundation….no one claimed the instrument. Instrument very heavy, has not moved more than 4’ & remains high on beach on Friday, July 24, 2021. KELLY’s POINT LAND TRUST PRESERVE is the only PUBLIC ACCESS BEACH on GUEMES ISLAND & entertains in the Summer up to 75 people daily. People are curious, this Debris may have electronics inside & should be Safely Removed from the Beach.
