Type description: We couldn't tell if this is an old barge, or a floating dock with the decking removed? Or something else?

Debris source: DNR Aquatic Reserves staff were out in Quartermaster Harbor (in Dockton Harbor) and saw this .... thing.

Ownership: I'm unsure whether this was on SOAL or private land. We may be out in Quartermaster Harbor again in a week or so if you want us to get exact coordinates.
