"Surf was not significant at the high tide. some large breakers impacted the rocks at the last lot on Annapolis Way where it meets the Dartmouth groin. No damage or erosion noted. Some high beach remained uncovered between the Center and the Nee property, mid way down Annapolis Way. From there to the groin, surf hit the rock faced dune."

My observations were made at 2pm just after the top of the tide. Some wind and the rain was heavy.
