"Estimated water depth: 2-3in. The Hole is disconnected from NYC's municipal stormwater sewage system (bordered by Conduit and Linden Blvds to the northeast and south and Drew St to the west). It is below sea level and the roads are partially paved, mostly dirt mixed with asphalt, full of pot holes, cracks and awfully muddy. There is minimal drainage to the area with one catch basin installed by the NYCDEP at 77th St and Dumont Ave 1 block east of the puddles on 76th St. DSCF8744 shows flooding one block north at 76th St and Blake Avenue. This flooding was on a sunny 68ºF day just north of Linden Blvd (NY rt 27) and my two other companion flood reports from Sapphire and Amber Streets."
