"Estimated water depth: 1-8in. This location is 3min south of the Hunts Point FloodNet sensor at Halleck St and Randall Ave and 0.5mi south of my other report location at the corner of Edgewater Rd and Lafayette Ave."

Comments: Large puddle. Muddy sections along the sidewalk show the dried up portions of the puddle from yesterday. Traffic in outside lane. Inside lane is partially submerged.

Comments: Storm drain is clogged and backed up overfilling onto the road and sidewalk. Oil and scum/film present on water's surface as shown in DSCF 3830.
