Evidence of Other Illegal Activity: Local says it's been beached here between Joemma Beach/Camp Coleman for a couple days. There is a man on it looking around and going below deck while another man is on shore acting oddly eg on his hands and knees, using a sling shot, acting strange. Several onlookers watched as the man ran around on the boat. Unknown if it is the boat owner.
