This vessel moved into Liberty Bay in summer 2023. Marine patrol and DNR visited the vessel and requested the tugboat to move on. Two months later, the tugboat is still there, has liveaboards (2-3), never moves to pumpout and reportedly has a hole in it’s hull. They are pumping out to stay afloat, yet listing to one side when they are not atop it. There are no slips available in Liberty Bay for this size of vessel.
