"No dry beach from Center to Harvard Way. Evidence of tide reaching Rock faced dune along Annapolis and beyond. Pix of South and North of Center. Vehicle driven out onto beach and stuck. Tow truck on site to remove as tide approached. North of Center dry beach apparent. Surf was 3-4 feet and choppy. Water color brownish."
