Other Information: It is on the dog park side of Howarth Park in Everett, Wa.  Inside is filled with sea grass. It has landed in an area that is only accessible by foot in low tides. Trash has littered, gas has spilled, appliances and parts of the boat are scattered around it.

    Hi Brittany and thanks for the report. We’ve assigned this as DVRP # SN21-003. According to our mapping system, this vessel is on private tidelands and not with-in the states jurisdiction to remove. The City or County can act as an authorized public entity to have the vessel removed through a custody process in accordance with RCW 79.100. We can help them with that if they choose to move forward. Please let us know if the vessels disposition changes and we’ll update our case file accordingly.
