Other Information: Vessel anchored but has moved with tide up to 20 feet in all directions.  Area of anchor is mudflats at very low tide

      It was gone at the end of January and has turned up again and parked back out in the water but appears to have new hull damage to it, more duct tape and fresh damage on the hull
