Other Information: The Department of Ecology received a report from a private citizen, Carma Foley (360) 509-7225, of a sunken sailboat with only its aluminum mast visible. Carma states that this vessel has been present for at least a month. The vessel is visible from HWY 3 (near Gorst) and 166 - it is located in the Sinclair inlet.
