Comments: A couple of skiffs and 4 floating docks trapped in a downwind corner. Someone has put heavy weighted pipes on the docks and tried to tether it to a pile of other floating docks stacked on land (don’t seem to be the same type of dock). My guess is that the trapped docks originated from Mills St complex or somewhere up that way.
