"Styrofoam tires connected to wood dock buried in the sand. Has been here awhile and the styrofoam is very eroded. Dettached the tires from the wood with a battery powered sawzall and took them away by boat. No longer on beach but wanted to report it. This is the 4th dock section this year on local beaches"
