"Estimated water depth: 6-12 inches. This is at the same location as my previous report yesterday for Hunts Point, Bronx County. The water level has increased significantly overnight. Increasing by roughly 2-6 inches. My wellingtons were submerged above the handles as can be seen in DSCF 417. The rain fell heavily around 6PM. The water level has likely since increased by another inch or two at least."
