"Estimated water depth: 3-5in. This is at the same location as my previous report yesterday for the Hunts Point Riverside Park parking lot, Bronx County, NY. The water level has risen overnight. Increasing by roughly 1-2 inches. The rain fell heavily around 6PM. The water level has likely since increased by another inch.""
