Data from Matawan Creek, Route 35 bridge (1 miles away) All heights shown relative to Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW): the daily low tide level averaged over a 19-year period.
High Tide (Predicted): 11:16 pm, 5.2'

The accuracy of the predicted tides at the photo location may vary depending on distance from the nearest tide station and due to wind, rain, and other short-term meteorological events.
I would note that the map has some serious flaws due to both information that is more than 40 years old and misinterpretation of satellite imagery. When the seawall was built in the 1970s, Woodland Drive, Marshall Concourse, and Seawood Drive became dead end streets and remain so. There is no shore road connecting those roads anymore. Woodcrest Drive continues to connect with North Concourse. I would also note that Woodland Drive does not continue west as marked on this map. There is a macadam, paved walkway from Woodland to the lake, then a dirt trail through the wetlands to the access road between Greenwood Avenue and the gazebo on the seawall. A new overlay should be created using a new map given the purpose of this project. I already pointed out the need to map the feeder stream between Treasure Lake and Whale Creek, which you have taken under advisement. A revision of the overlay of this area could give you a much better read on the needs of this community.
