"The tire is approximately 3 x 6 feet, and I believe weighs more than 700 pounds. UPDATE: on 5/29/20 the tire was removed by Seattle City Parks & Rec! Hooray!!!!!"

Debris source: I am guessing that it is an airplane tire because of the tread.

Ownership: It is on a public beach - Cormorant Cove, city of (West) Seattle. It is at the high tide mark, close to a ramp that is private property of Harbor West condominiums. The condo will need advance notification before retrieving the tire as there is a cover that needs to be placed on the ramp to give it extra stability.
