"This is one neighborhood that was affected. The Point Shirley neighborhood, to the south toward Deer Island was cut off from the rest of the town by each of the high tides the past three days and the Pico Beach Neighborhood (Pico Street, Frances Street, Corinha Beach Rd. and Sea View) was also underwater with house flooding and impassable streets."
