Additional Information: Boat appeared to be anchored in the Indian River Lagoon off shore near Driftwood Restaurant, on Washington Ave. The boat has been there for several months and I have seen someone go out to the boat several times in a small yellow rubber dingey, can't tell if it is rowed or maybe a small motor. They only stayed a short time. During the last several weeks and the substantial rain fall we have had, the bilge pumps do not appear to be working and the boat is listing to one side. If there is another storm, waves will wash into the boat and cause it to capsize. Then it could be a navigation hazzard. No one has been seen in several weeks at the boat. The boat appeared to be in good condition at the time it was initally ran aground in a shallow part of the river. We thought it would have been moved soon.
