Additional Information: Vessel was abandoned (anchored) about 7 years ago. It was reported to VMRC who, at the time, stated they did not have jurisdiction since it was not on state bottom but they did some research on the vessel and found the owners were from Maryland. About one year later, it finally sank and it was reported again, however VMRC stated they did not have funding to deal with it. So it sits.
