Additional Information: The boat is located at York River State Park about a quarter of a mile down river from the Croaker Landing Boat Ramp. Two guests found it while kayaking. They reported there was a kayak paddle in it. Most likely the owner was local and it was swept here off a private dock or shoreline. It doesn't seem to be a threat to safety.
