Obviously, the patrons of the restaurants along the waterfront in East Greenwich were not aware that they would be finding their cars in the water! The water was right up to the pavement of Water St., which is the highest King Tide I've seen when a storm wasn't involved. The cars were parked in the lot next to Finn's Seafood.
