Additional Information: Boat has been abandoned for at least 15 months, tied to a moored pontoon dock (which is in fair condition). The boat has no engine and is in very poor shape, there are reeds growing in its bow and becomes partially submerged after heavy rains. It is only a matter of time before its mooring lines break and it becomes a hazard in Mill Creek/West Harbor/Oyster Bay. There is also another abandoned boat on the Creek bed a few yards to the west of the pontoon, this is only visible at the lowest tides. This 2nd boat appears to be approx 20 feet long and has an outboard engine.
