Very disruptive to people living on this block - The USPS delivery person was frustrated, saying this is 'the third time this week' that she was unable to deliver to these houses. Residents were taking off their shoes to get home. A number of them moved their cars as the water was rising, but some cars were not moved and the water reached at least the tailpipe. The residents said this is normal. "
