"Surf 4-6 feet. Wind strong out of NE. Wind blown sand accreting along toe of dune. High beach unaffected. Sand bags at Hemani and Tracy still covered. High beach continues to grow north of 55th Street. No access to beach due to eroded access. 8 foot drop at end of walkover."
