Comments: Only access to beach is at Center. Side streets drifted. Harvard piled with snow. Annapolis unplowed and drifted. Wind straight out of north steady 40-50. Sand and snow horizontal moving along beach. visibility 50 yards. It did not appear the morning tide had gone over the rock faced dune, but it was difficult to see anywhere.. Surf was average.6-10 feet. Approx. 3 hours past high tide.

"Difficult to get to beach due to snow, piled and drifted. Wind was strong out of the North. Snow horizontal across Plum Island Turnpike. White out conditions. Sand and snow howling along beach at Center north to south steady. Visibility to 50 yards. Surf 6 - 10. Approx. 3 hours past high tide."
