Specific response: At 0915 there was municipal equipment clearing the wrack from EFR.

"There was a considerable amount of wrack on the causeway section of EFR which usually indicates a tide over EL 13.0 MLLW as measured in Boston. There was only a small amount of overwash material on the northern barrier beach section of EFR which indicates that there wasn’t much splashover during the previous high tide."
